Limited (NZSX:FPH, ASX:FPH) advises that the following securities were issued
pursuant to the Company's 2008 and 2010 issues of options under the Fisher &
Paykel Healthcare 2003 Share Option Plan. The issue of options and shares
under the Plan were approved by the Board on 22 August 2008 and 27 August
2010 respectively.
