Auckland, New Zealand, 27 September 2013 - Fisher & Paykel Healthcare
Corporation Limited (NZSX:FPH, ASX:FPH) advises that the following securities
were issued pursuant to the Company's 2010 and 2011 issue of options under
the Fisher & Paykel Healthcare 2003 Share Option Plan. The issue of options
and shares under the Plan were approved by the Board on 27 August 2010 and 19
August 2011 respectively.
