NOTIFICATION OF ISSUE OF SECURITIES

Auckland, New Zealand, 2 November 2015 - Fisher & Paykel Healthcare
Corporation Limited (NZSX:FPH, ASX:FPH) advises that the following securities
were issued to David Michael Boyle and Victor Riitano to be held on trust for
those Australian employees accepting an offer to participate in the Fisher &
Paykel Healthcare Australian Employee Share Purchase Scheme.
