share in Fonterra Co-operative Group Limited to or by Fonterra Farmer
Custodian Limited.

Company Limited, the New Zealand Guardian Trust Company Limited, Fonterra
Co-operative Group Limited and Fonterra Farmer Custodian Limited.

with the existing units on issue.
