Notice pursuant to Listing Rule 7.12.1
For the purposes of Listing Rule 7.12.1 of the NZSX Listing Rules, FSF
Management Company Limited ("Manager"), as the manager of the Fonterra
Shareholders' Fund ("Fund") advises it has issued 95,454,545 fully paid up
units ("Securities") in the Fund.
The Securities are to be quoted on the NZX Main Board. In accordance with
NZSX Listing Rule 7.12.1, the following information is provided:
