Pursuant to Listing Rule 7.12.1, GMT Bond Issuer Limited ("Issuer") announces
that the following securities have been issued:

(a) Class of security issued and ISIN: Fixed rate, senior secured bonds
("Goodman+Bonds")

(b) Number of securities issued: 100,000,000
(c) Issue price / Nominal value:  $1.00 per Goodman+Bond
$100,000,000 in aggregate
(d) Payment made in cash: Yes
(e) Amount paid up:  Fully paid up
(f) Percentage of the total class of securities issued: 100%
(g) Reason for the issue: Goodman+Bonds were issued to permit the Issuer's
sole shareholder, Goodman Property Trust ("GMT"), to diversify its funding as
described in a registered simplified disclosure prospectus dated 2 December
2013.  The Issuer will on-lend the issue proceeds of Goodman+Bonds to GMT by
way of an interest-bearing loan.  GMT will use the funds to repay borrowings
under its bank facility.
(h) Specific authority for the issue: Board resolution dated 29 November 2013

(i) Any terms or details of the issue: As set out in the simplified
disclosure prospectus dated 2 December 2013 for the offer of Goodman+Bonds
