REL: 1212 HRS Goodman Property Trust
ALLOT: GMT: GMT Allotment of New Units
As part consideration for the acquisition of certain interests in Highbook
Business Park in December 2012 GMT agreed to issue 37,335,624 Units to
Goodman Group on 14 December 2015.
The Manager hereby advises the NZX of the allotment of these securities and
requests they be listed and quoted on NZX.

(b) Number of Units issued; 37,335,624
(c) Issue price; 100 cents per unit
(d) Was payment received in cash; Not in cash, pursuant to the sale and
purchase agreements detailed in the Notice of Meeting provided to the NZX on
19 November 2012.
(e) Amount paid up; Not applicable
(f) Percentage of the total class issued; 3.0% of the units on issue
immediately prior to the issue of these new units
(g) Reason for issue; Deferred units issued as part consideration of the
acquisition by GMT of the 50% interest in Highbrook Development Limited, and
the 25% interest in Highbrook Business Park Limited ("HBPL") (including the
25% interest in the properties held by HBPL), not owned by GMT in December
2012.
(h) Specific authority for the issue; Directors' resolution, clauses 5.1 and
5.3 of the trust deed of GMT and an extraordinary resolution passed at an
extraordinary meeting of Unitholders on 7 December 2012.
(i) Terms of the issue; The units will rank equally in all respects with the
existing units in Goodman Property Trust at the date on which they are issued
(j) Total number of units in existence after the issue; 1,273,070,920
