Just Water International Limited - Issue of share options
Just Water International Limited has issued 250,000 share options to Ian
Ormiston, Chief Executive Officer of Just Water International Limited.
Each option confers the right to subscribe for one new ordinary share at an
exercise price of $0.14 per share payable in cash. 50% of the options must
be exercised during the periods commencing on 30 September 2015 and ending on
30 November 2015, and, commencing on 30 September 2016 and ending on 30
November 2016, with the remaining 50% to be exercised during the period
commencing on 30 September 2016 and ending on 30 November 2016.
Pursuant to NZAX Listing Rule 7.11.1, the Company provides to NZX the
following details of the issue of share options in the Company:

(c) Issue price: $0.00 per option (exercise price of $0.14 per option)
