ANNOUNCEMENT BY NEW TALISMAN GOLD MINES LIMITED (NTL)
PRIVATE PLACEMENT
New Talisman Gold Mines (NTL) today announces that it has undertaken a
placement to sophisticated investors (some of whom are existing
shareholders). The placement is expected to raise a total of $280,000 NZD,
comprising:
- $230,000 of subscription funds received as at the date of this announcement
(settlement of which has occurred today); and
- a firm commitment for a further $50,000 (settlement of which is to occur on
the receipt of subscription funds).
The funds raised will be applied to the continued development of the Talisman
mine.
