ANNOUNCEMENT BY NEW TALISMAN GOLD MINES LIMITED (NTL and NTLOA or NTLO)
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
RIGHTS ISSUE ALLOTMENT
New Talisman advises it has today issued 26,327,500 new shares at NZ$0.013 or
AU$0.010 and 26,327,500 attaching options following receipt of valid
shortfall applications and payment under the terms of its renounceable rights
issue offer.
Shares and options are trading on the NZX Main Board and the ASX. On the NZX
Main Board shares are under the code NTL and options NTLOA. On the ASX
shares are under the code NTL and options NTLO.
A total of 119,851,516 shares and 119,851,516 options have been allotted
under the terms of the renounceable rights offer raising a total of
approximately NZ$1.5M before expenses.
