Conversion of Pacific Edge Limited Preference Shares
Pacific Edge confirms that 100,000 of the Series A Convertible Preference
Shares (SACPs) on issue with the Company have been converted to ordinary
shares in accordance with their terms of issue (as varied).
The conversion ratio was 7 ordinary shares for every 1 SACP converted which
has resulted in a further 700,000 new ordinary shares being issued by the
Company.
