For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 7.12.1, Seeka Kiwifruit Industries
Limited (NZX:SEK) advises that the following fully paid ordinary shares were
issued pursuant to its Grower Incentive Scheme.

Class of Security:  Ordinary Shares

Number issued:     605,152 shares

Issue price:  $3.05 per share

Payment terms:   $0.10 worth of shares in Seeka Kiwifruit Industries Limited
issued at the issue price for every tray of kiwifruit supplied to Seeka
Growers Limited during the 2014 kiwifruit supply season by a Participating
Grower in the Grower Incentive Scheme

Amount paid up:   Fully paid
Percentage of shares issued: 4.18% of the shares on issue prior to this issue
of shares
4.01% of the shares on issue following this issue of shares

Reason for issue: Shares issued in respect of the 2014 kiwifruit supply
season to Participating Growers that have returned an Entitlement and
Acceptance Form pursuant to Seeka Kiwifruit Industries Limited's Grower
Incentive Scheme

Authority for the issue: Board Resolutions  and the terms and conditions of
the Grower Incentive Scheme

Terms of issue:  The shares will rank equally in all respects with existing
ordinary shares

Total number of Securities of Class in existence after issue: 15,077,059
