For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 7.12.1, Seeka Kiwifruit Industries

issued pursuant to its Grower Incentive Scheme.

Grower in the Grower Incentive Scheme

4.54% of the shares on issue following this issue of shares
Reason for issue: Shares issued in respect of the 2015 kiwifruit supply
season to Participating Growers pursuant to Seeka Kiwifruit Industries
Limited's Grower Incentive Scheme
Authority for the issue: Board Resolutions  and the terms and conditions of
