ALLOT: THL: THL - Notification of issue of ordinary shares

For the purposes of Listing Rule 7.12.1 of the NZSX/NZDX Listing Rules,
Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) advises that 60,969 ordinary shares have been
issued at an issue price of $70,724.04 ($1.16 per share). The shares are
issued as part of Directors' remuneration for the six month period ending 31
March 2014.
