For the purposes of Listing Rule 7.12.1 of the NZSX/NZDX Listing Rules,
Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) advises that 79,734 ordinary shares have been
issued at an issue price of $113,222.28 ($1.42 per share). The shares are
issued as part of Directors' remuneration for the period ending 30 September
