SATISFACTION OF DIRECTORS' FEES
For the purposes of NZSX Listing Rule 7.12.1, Trilogy International Limited

directors' fees for the December 2013 quarter.

the March 2014 quarter.
$0.57 each for 40,766 shares issued in satisfaction of directors' fees for
the June 2014 quarter.
