ALLOT: TIL: Issue of Trilogy Unlisted Options

Trilogy International Limited (Trilogy) (NZX: TIL) advises that on 7 August
2014 it issued 200,000 unlisted share options to Jack Matthews prior to his
appointment as a director of Trilogy on 15 August 2014.  For the purposes of
NZSX Listing Rule 7.12.1, Trilogy advises the following securities have been
