The principal terms of the fixed rate bonds are set out in the pricing
supplement dated 25 November 2015.

(h) Reason for issue - The net proceeds from the issue of the fixed rate
bonds are intended to be used for general corporate purposes, including
capital expenditure requirements, of the TRP group.
