Attached please find advice of issue of the remaining Convertible Preference
Shares that were not subscribed for by existing shareholders pursuant to the
Simplified Disclosure Prospectus dated 9 April 2014. These Convertible
Preference Shares were issued to the underwriter of the Offer in accordance
with the underwriting agreements described in the Simplified Disclosure
Prospectus and with the shareholder approval given at the Annual
Shareholders Meeting held on 16 June 2014.
