Interesting behaviour from VHT. Reduced allocation, 19230 shares, fair enough however refund of $5000 not $5001 which would be correct according to the math when I went to school. No doubt in the managers performance agreement. Was that in the documentation?
Yes I know I sound churlish however if this is not in the said documentation then there is an honesty gap.
