4.3 Option Placement
At a general meeting of Shareholders scheduled to be held on or about 20 May 2011, the Company will be seeking approval for the issue of up to 40,000,000 Options to CPS Securities or its nominee/s and up to 62,874,289 Options to be issued to sub-underwriters of the Offer (Option Placement). Refer to Section 5.2 for details of the terms of the Options. The offer of 40,000,000 Options to CPS Securities or its nominee/s will be issued at an issue price of $0.0001 per Option to raise up to $4,000.
The company now funded with 13 million dollars and more to come with future conversion of option in 6c a share.
