this is happening on a lot of projects at the moment, high steel price and other materials, fuel price gouging, suppressed labour market, Covid causing labour shortages, all leads to time blow outs, hopefully when they tendered they where smart enough to have some safety clauses in the contract, they have been in this business for a long time.
