I have taken a small position in WSI.
I like the sector and they have a good looking order book.
From my reading they have no debt.
The quarterly issued at the end of April shows $31 mill in cash. If that is correct that is a strong cash per share.
The guts of the business appears to be with Alltype Engineering which has a long and proven track record.
The point regarding the Auditors is a bit of a worry.
Certainly haven't put the house on it but will watch closely
