That is correct
From the half yearly there was 20.4M in contract libabilities and another 17.1M in trade and other creditors bringing total to 37.5M.
Will have to wait to see how much is left to be paid out (and if any more is coming).
However you don't make a 15M deal and walk away with 15M profit... that would be amazing.
