    it puts it down as to go towards new asset purchases, and to cover costs, why raise again when you have money in the bank? It can be sound management to grow a business and the business is growing, but where is the commitment to shareholder return, everything plied from us straight back into the business, I understand the overall concept but they are kind of dismissing retail shareholders as the insiders and top holders have a goal currently you could make more with your money in the bank.
