no offence to them but don't think KoolKat really understands the concepts. The fact that they care about a dividend on what is clearly an organisation that has said they are looking to acquisitions shows that not a lot of research has gone into it.
Of course the contract has merits, and they have made profits overall in the past. Argument of management being on good coin is all relative, making huge coin for someone on minimum wage, making on par or less than other asx listed executives.
