I don't know why you keep going about them making no money, they have made profits for a number of years. their net profit profile over the course has not really changed across the years, some years better than others but in an upward trend. perhaps your expectations have been overstated? perhaps you didn't do enough DD to match these stock purchases with your risk profile? if you are wanting dividends then this has never been the stock to buy.

buy and sell price has nothing to do with performance. There are more buyers than sellers on the depth chart, it's just never been a high volume stock in general.
