How can a military coup have amazed you in a country that had had a Junta operational for years prior to Aung San Suu Kyi few years in control. Myanmar/Burma had a Junta for 30 years prior to relaxing and allowing the free elections once due world pressure but after that the Junta walked in again they wanted their corrupt power again. Any investment in Burma had the underlying issue of Sovereign Issues.
Then to buy a moth balled Nickel Mine in Tasmania that was full of arsenic and had been under care and maintenance and try and bring it back when the world is awash with cheap Indonesian & Philippines Nickel low grade concentrate.
