It’s far from doomed both copper & lithium are here to stay in the electric revolution of transport. It will take years but it’s happening now. Ok us down in Australia are not as impacted but sales of EVs continue to climb.
Even into Australia the figures constantly March upwards.
There is room moving forward for both due fossil fuel will still be required for many a thing including heavy transportation for a long time ahead.
