It's not a personality issue Barry, it's an analysis of what went down, in reality, rather than some of the BS sprouted in here, and, what is currently going down. That might in turn reflect on personnel but it isn't the focus, at least not on my part. Keep it fact based.

One opinion on what is currently going down (double entendre intended and this is not fact, just opinion) ....the share price, making it easier for someone to pickup one of the low hanging fruit in the phosphate opportunities. One thing previous management managed to do was keep the share price positive while drilling. It really is an exceptional outcome, for any company, to see a hole half way down and share price dropping.
