However, visible chalco in situ, and not in veins, is very encouraging. I think this is the first time for these ETC mineral systems.

Also, Thorium in our area means granites which we're now hitting... remember, Uranium and Thorium are only found over Fable.

Oh, talking about Fable, why did Geoscience Australia pick this NE area for funding?

I had to read an GA article from a year ago looking at the NDI analysis to help understand this... grab yourself a cuppa and check out why there's a lot of work being done in the ETC area. Thank you Government!

Long story short, go to the very last paragraph and it says "down from the Brunette Downs rift corridor in the northeast of ETC (read Fable) is the likely age-equivalents to the Isa Superbasin". Hmmm, Gulunguru Fault, dolimite siltstones, ironstone outcrops, U and Th and granites, visible in situ chalco ... tick, tick, tick, tick, tick. All we need is a nice, not too deep, intersection!

"Detrital zircon data corroborates seismic interpretation that parts of the thick basin sequences on the southern margin of the Brunette Downs rift corridor in the northeast of the East Tennant area are likely age-equivalents to the Isa Superbasin. The presence of prominent populations of Neoarchean zircons as detritus in post-1650 Ma metasedimentary rocks, and as inheritance in ca. 1595 Ma mafic intrusive rocks, supports seismic reflection and Sm–Nd isotopic data interpretation that Neoarchean to earliest Paleoproterozoic basement was either exposed or very close to the surface in the vicinity of the Gulunguru Fault at this time."
