    I know Dr J likes the offset magnetics (magnetite) and gravity (dense sulfide material) @ Fable (see drill hole in between blue and yellow halos below).

    Anyway, I emailed him after the Ann (I generally try to not bother him) to ask about his Mt Isa/SEDEX connections, the Alpaca fault and any chalco in the area. Here's his response this morning....

    Morning paul and I lived and worked in Mt isa and so am familiar with general geology of the mines in the area. I did a research project in my Exploration Geology MSc which look at the characteristics of SEDEX lead-zinc deposits but whilst it review characteristics of Mt Isa deposits, as well as other SEDCEX deposits around the world it was not specific to Mt Isa. There is a major fault system to the immediate north of the Fable area, as well as major transfer zones, see attached and the historical record of the chalcopyrite was reported for the Tamborine target further to the east.
