I guess: The US sales was an unexpected event last year. Without the US event, bubs still needs capital raising last year. How to do this? By delivering a good China sales result and then say need money for the joint venture. How to have a good China sales result? By having AZ to buy 40 millions worth of stocks so that FY22 China sales is looking good. Then raise money for the joint venture, then refund AZ the money probably through marketing fee. However now AZ did not get the refund. KC must be back so that AZ can get the refund.
