So AZ want to
return all the stock that they could not sell and unpaid for,
return stock that they had paid for and delivered and now seek a return for ~$7.5m as they cannot/not willing to sell
want a credit of ~$12.9m for stock near expiry
and to top it up have the 9.5m shares given in bonus for reaching their so called targets which could change as seen fit
AZ will provide evidence of their claim by 28/07/23 which is the day after the EGM. What are you waiting for ANDY
