"...These two are liable for their signed contracts without the Board approval..." assumes that is factually the case. This civil war playing out in public is not only unseemly but also risks a huge and total destruction of value. It wasn't long ago that everyone was a cheerleader for Bubs- well many people anyway. I think we all need to see this play out - can't say I've ever seen commercial civil war like it - but we don't have the answers or all the facts.
