SO IMO! Its not those things which have increased in value - its your currency which has decreased in value.Time for a change at the very top - cant come soon enough for me.
Thats my reasoning why HC is full of it, and why there is no money going into valuable low cap stocks - its all in POG and houses etc.

Just sayin.
