    I expect test 6 needs to be undertaken by an organization that has approval to verify it meets Australian / NZ Standards - in that Australia and NZ recognize the testing is being undertaken by an approved organization..

    Sure it may meet the Au/NZ Standards - but unless "the tester" is recognized in Au/NA then that means nothing.
