This is a long and winding road.

The financial reward for a successful Alpha is immense. However, I doubt the current management has the stomach for this timeframe - MT excepted. I have been a long term SH, but I have lost faith in management, particularly NB, to see Alpha through. Management has further shown an inability to pursue any of the projects it has floated in the past few years or meet timelines it has promoted.

he also takes next to nothing in salary and its is 300% focused on the equity value. Its all about the share price for Neil and I cant fault that. If you think Neil or anyone is going to junk a possible $1b in value because "they dont have stomach for the timeframe" you have rocks in your head

Mark has technical skills/insight no one else on the board has. That's why he's CEO/MD. Personally I'd love to see Mark, double down on the project... take a pay cut, lock in another couple years contract, buy a $200k shares on market and gun it for the performance shares.
