    one of the things this and phase 7 means is they will be able to apply a bitumen yield to the 28mt resource, and replace the defunct MFA for a huge resource upgrade that will surprise a lot otherwise uninterested investors.

    28mt with MFA is 27mmboe for $3b
    28mt with 30% bitumen is $13b

    its a big difference. and its coming.
