Historically, the poor news of the last test program would be combined with this news of them reengaging UoJ for program 5, to try an resolve the issues, onward we go. Everything in one announcement. Moving on. Bleeding mostly stemmed in an opaque word salad.
Instead, they managed to get the really bad news update in out one announcement that tanked the shareprice. A few significant transfers and a bit of corporate shuffling all transpired at the lows, AND now the news of program 5 comes out after all the carnage.
Small mercies for being able to grab a few at 3, I guess.
