My current understanding is ~A$225-250M for the Process Plant, with revenue from just bitumen sales around $150M per year. With a resource of 28M tonnes and mining at a rate of 500,000 tonnes/year, this gives a mine life of +50 years. Other products should add to the annual revenue.
