It's not Indophil's fault nor is it Xstrata's. Obviously there is some friction between the two, which I can reconcile down to how the big end of town does things, where the little end of town can see different pathways.
You can tick this one off as sovereign risk. If you lost money because of it then take the lesson into the future. If you are annoyed about the losses, think of those in the body bags for a relative perspective. Maybe sometime in the next Presidential term the Philippines will be ready for this project.
