Looks like were going to get groups sticking their hands out, wanting money that they feel is their birthright. Very one sided article, mine will provide decent paying jobs for the people and will be better for the environment, than letting all the illegal miners have their go at it. They are the ones who destroy the environment but the media keeps blaming the big guys who actually need to follow responsible mining practices.
