I get that sentiment 87 but if the bidder wants the company - the whole company - they won’t just push the price down to 3c. They’ll smash the SP to new lows and then raise (to themselves) at those levels. It’s a sad old story and one in which small SH get decimated. They could very easily dilute SH down below 10% this forcing a TO.

So I really do empathise with you. I wanted to build BC but the game has changed so we need to be more realistic about the possible scenarios.

If a superior offer is made, that will be the only better outcome. IMO it this offer or another offer. There is no more opportunity for us to exploit the gold we have in the ground. It’s done.
