appreciate the info - definitely send me the details and will add you to the list.
Details of how the vote works will be clearer once the company receives a formal offer and outlines the mechanism to respond.
In my experience a Do nothing vote is not a yes vote.
Once we know how big our minority block is, and we have details of a formal offer, we can chart a course and decide how to engage with the process.
