ARS seem to be doing all they can to delay this process long enough for Aurenne to get a good foothold.
Surely ARS should be giving an update as to what is happening and advice regarding revised timelines and recommendations regarding the bid.

How have Aurenne not managed to get a bidders statement yet?

Was Aurennes intention to make an offer prior to reserve update and be locked in to include all upside from the update without needing to pay for it?

Are the directors facilitating this by their lack of any communication or action (apart from today's gem)?

This uncertainty is not doing shareholders any favours.
