    Was watching this one for a while and forgot about it.

    Personally, I feel from the response that the BoD will seriously consider the offer. Who knows if they will accept it but its possible they get offered again if rejected, with a little higher price.

    If you're a holder, selling now would be a terrible time imo. Stating the obvious but share price will hover around 9.6c for a while now.
