Forget about the < 10% interest/E20m minimum. That is a worst-case action clause required in any contract.
Part 2 of the raise will have been completed well before 16/4/2020.
How much will be raised in total, who knows, but it will be more than E26m (~E6m costs) IMO to take them well beyond the 10% threshold.
Could the SP drift lower than 9.75c SPP price? Maybe. This is an unexpected short term setback but not a major failure. Plans are modified and we move forward.
