What's going on with Stage 2? Construction works were completed in July and now the company is raising funds to pay for stage 2 early works construction. How much do they owe? Are they trading insolvent at the moment if they are unable to pay for this now?
I'm surprised there hasnt been a please explain from the ASX as a going concern here.
