Spoke with ATC.
A couple key points:
1) they are very confident of successful German buy in which will hopefully be completed by end of year. This will allow $100M working capital to accelerate construction work on the Malayasian HPA plant.
2) the delay in mezzanine funding will not stop the accelerated construction of HPA plant.... ie don’t need to wait for Macquarie to finish due diligence.... the $90M is for contingency and assisting with plant commissioning. Also other options available from other JVs/funders
3) expect ‘alot’ of pieces to fall into place’ following successful German buy in.
IMO 2020 is shaping up for a very good year for ATC.
